SWIM, BIKE, RUN REHAB
If you’ve ever tried to find a physical therapist who actually understands athletes, you know how frustrating that can be. You either end up with someone who just gives you easy exercises and tells you to “rest,” or someone who doesn’t fully understand the demands of your training.

Triathlon makes this even more complicated, because now you're juggling three different disciplines.
Swimming, cycling, and running all have different demands on your body. So you might see a running PT for your knee because it hurts when you run. But if your shoulder starts hurting with swimming, you'll probably need to find a separate swimming PT for that, too.
So now you have to decide which injury to prioritize, while also trying to fit your normal training in to your already busy schedule. But you don't have to.

With Triathlete Physical Therapy, you are seen as a whole athlete instead of separate body parts. Your plan is built around all three disciplines and how they interact with each other.
So whether it’s a shoulder flare-up from swimming, knee pain with running, or back pain with cycling, you have one place to go.
My Process
Rehab that fits into your training
Focused rehab. No busy work. Minimal disruption to your schedule.
How I'm Different
Traditional physical therapy clinics require you to rearrange your life around their schedule. In addition to coordinating your schedule with their limited availability, you also have to factor in driving time and waiting.

Triathletes already have limited extra time. You have swim, bike, and run sessions to fit into your week in addition to work and personal time. Getting rehab used to mean having to choose between doing a rehab session or getting your training in that day.

I built my model to work the other way around.

With remote physical therapy, your rehab plan fits into your schedule, not the clinic’s. Your program is designed to complement your training, not compete with it. You complete targeted, efficient sessions on your own time (often 20 minutes or less), whether that’s before or after a training session or built directly into your strength day warm-up.

You still get expert guidance, structured progression, and ongoing accountability, all without the commute or sacrificing training time.

This is physical therapy designed to be time-efficient and realistic for busy triathletes.
