Assisted Stretching is a one-on-one wellness service designed to improve mobility and flexibility, reduce feelings of tightness and stiffness, and support recovery from training and everyday activities.
Each session is tailored to your individual mobility needs and may focus on a specific area or your entire body, depending on the session you choose.
