Remote Physical Therapy

Each program is tailored to you, starting with a virtual assessment

Remote Physical Therapy is for athletic adults who want structured rehab without weekly clinic visits.

Get back to the things you love without wasting precious time driving to a clinic — whether that’s doing CrossFit, training for a triathlon, hiking, or simply keeping up with your kids or grandkids.

My Process

How I'm Different

Traditional physical therapy clinics require you to rearrange your life around their schedule. Appointments are typically during the workday, and you have to factor in driving time, waiting, and coordinating your schedule with their limited availability.

I built my model to work the other way around.

With remote physical therapy, your rehab plan fits into your schedule, not the clinic’s. You complete targeted, efficient sessions on your own time (often 20 minutes or less), whether that’s before work, during lunch, or as part of your gym warm-up routine. You still get expert guidance, structured progression, and ongoing accountability, all without the commute or schedule juggling.

This is physical therapy designed to be time-efficient and realistic for busy athletic adults.

Common Symptoms I Treat

  • Neck pain or stiffness

  • Shoulder pain with lifting, reaching, or pressing overhead

  • Elbow or wrist pain with exercise or daily activities

  • Low back pain (with sitting, standing, or lifting)

  • Hip pain with walking, squatting, or running

  • Knee pain on stairs, squatting, or running

  • Ankle or foot pain during sports or daily life

  • Bone density changes or osteoporosis concerns (especially with menopause)

  • Decreased strength after menopause

Common Diagnoses I Work With

  • Tendinopathies (Achilles, patellar, rotator cuff, etc.)

  • Rotator cuff injuries or tears

  • Arthritis (hip, knee, shoulder, spine)

  • Labral injuries (hip, shoulder)

  • Post-surgical rehab (ACL, rotator cuff, meniscus, joint replacement)

  • Overuse injuries

All programs begin with a movement assessment. Exercises for your rehab program are delivered virtually along with instructions and videos. Minimum time commitment for exercises is 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week.
