Orthopedic physical therapy focuses on anything related to your muscles, bones, and joints. That means if you’re dealing with shoulder pain, knee pain, nagging back issues, or just had surgery, this is where we start.
I primarily work with active people who want to get back to the things they love — whether that’s doing CrossFit, training for a triathlon, hiking, or simply keeping up with your kids or grandkids.
My Process
Every client begins with a thorough assessment. We’ll talk about your injury, your background, and the activities you want to return to. Then I’ll look at how you move and assess your strength and range of motion.

From there, I'll create a step-by-step plan tailored to you and your goals. Your program will have clear benchmarks so you always know where you are in the process and what’s coming next.

I use a hybrid model that makes your rehab fit your life. Your program is delivered virtually, so you can do it at the gym as part of your warm-up or cool-down, or at home with minimal equipment. I ask for a minimum time commitment of 20 minutes a day, three days a week, which is realistic and sustainable even with a busy schedule.

You’ll also get weekly accountability check-ins and re-assessments every four weeks. That way, you stay on track, and we adjust your program as your body improves.

How I'm Different
Traditional PT clinics often discharge people when they’re only 80–85% recovered, due to insurance limitations and packed schedules. That leaves many patients on their own before they’re truly back to 100%.

I built my model to fix that. With me, you get a time-efficient, flexible rehab plan you can do at home or in the gym. You’ll have ongoing guidance and accountability every step of the way, and I won’t stop working with you until you feel fully confident returning to your sport, training, or active lifestyle.
This is physical therapy designed to bridge the gap between traditional rehab and real-world performance.
