With Triathlete Physical Therapy, you are seen as a whole athlete instead of separate body parts. Your plan is built around all three disciplines and how they interact with each other.

CrossFit Physical Therapy

With CrossFit Physical Therapy, you won't be told to stop training by default. Your plan starts with where you are and builds you back to what you actually need to do in the gym.

With HYROX Physical Therapy, both your running and strength work is taken into consideration to build a time-efficient plan that fits with your training.​

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy for Athletes

Lift, run, and move confidently again — whether that’s doing CrossFit, training for a race, staying strong during pregnancy, or returning to workouts postpartum.

All programs begin with a movement assessment. Exercises for your rehab program are delivered virtually along with instructions and videos. Minimum time commitment for exercises is 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week.
