I offer virtual physical therapy tailored to busy athletic adults. My services include injury and post-surgical rehabilitation, exercise support during pregnancy, and postpartum recovery.
Remote Physical Therapy is personalized rehab delivered outside of a traditional clinic. You complete your custom rehab plan at home or in your gym, with direct access to Dr. Kelsey for guidance, feedback, and ongoing progression.
Not exactly. Traditional Telehealth just replaces in-clinic visits with scheduled video appointments. But with Remote Physical Therapy, you aren't required to schedule visits around a clinic schedule. You still get a custom, structure plan delivered to you virtually that you complete on your own schedule. And you also have direct access to Dr. Kelsey for feedback, plan adjustments, and regular check-ins to monitor your progress.
Most online rehab programs are meant for a wide range of people with a similar diagnosis, like “shoulder pain” or “low back pain.” That means the exercises are generalized. Some might help, some might not apply to you, and some may be too easy or too advanced for where you are right now.
With Remote Physical Therapy, your plan is built after a full assessment and is tailored to your specific symptoms, movement patterns, training history, and goals. And as you go through your plan, Dr. Kelsey will adjust it to make sure it stays relevant to you. If something is too easy, she'll progress it. And if something is too difficult or painful, she'll modify it.
