Performance physical therapy is for anyone who has finished a round of physical therapy but still doesn’t feel ready to return to their sport or active lifestyle.
It’s the bridge between “I’ve been discharged” and “I’m back at 100%.”
This service is for people who were told they were cleared, but once they try to get back to their activity, they realize they’re not there yet. Whether that means competing again, training at full capacity, or simply being active with your kids or grandkids, performance physical therapy gives you the extra guidance to close that gap.
My Process
This Is For You If:
-
You’ve been discharged from PT but still can’t do the activities you want to (i.e. running, lifting, CrossFit, sports)
-
You feel weaker, slower, or not back to your old level even though you were “cleared”
-
You’re worried about re-injury
-
You want expert guidance to close the gap between “almost there” and “100%”
How I'm Different
Being discharged from PT doesn’t always mean you’re truly ready. Many people try to return to sport after being cleared only to find they’re weaker, still in pain, or afraid of re-injury. That often leads to frustration, self-doubt, and even the belief that “PT didn’t work” or “I’ll never be like I was.”
The truth is, you weren't finished; you were almost ready. Performance PT fills that gap.
Unlike many clinics bound by insurance timelines or limited by space and resources, I guide you through the advanced stages of rehab until you’re fully confident and performing at your best again.
All programs begin with a movement assessment. Exercises for your rehab program are delivered virtually along with instructions and videos. Minimum time commitment for exercises is 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week.
