Frustrated with insurance programs that limited patient care, I began dreaming of a PT practice where care wasn't rushed or restricted.

In 2023, this dream became a reality when I opened Anteater PT & Performance. By breaking the mold of insurance-based models, I'm able to meet my patients with a level of empathy, collaboration, and thoroughness that is rarely found elsewhere.

"When I came to Kelsey, I had been struggling with chronic knee and hip pain on the right side of my body. I had completed two rounds of PT with another group in the past but the pain never fully went away and, on occasion, was worse. Kelsey sat down with me and completed a full evaluation of my knees and hips. her questioning also dug deep to find out my overall fitness goals.

I would still experience occasional pain, but it did not last nearly as long, and everyday activities were still possible.
