Owner of Anteater Physical Therapy & Performance
Hello! My name is Kelsey. I help busy CrossFitters keep their pants dry, ditch pelvic floor problems, and crush WODs pain-free.
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, US Air Force Veteran, and owner of Anteater Physical Therapy and Performance.
I've been a CrossFitter since 2012. I did my first sprint tri in 2023 and fell in love with road cycling while training for it. I've also continued running despite no longer being required to by the military.
I do the CrossFit Open every year and have done a few local comps over the years. I’ll occasionally do a 5K/10K race and have done 2 sprint tris so far. I'll probably only do a half-marathon if I decide to do a 70.3 Ironman someday.
My mission is to empower people to take back control of their health and fitness. People who want to be better than before and take an active approach in their rehab. Who want to feel empowered by their healthcare provider, not broken. And who want clear action steps and guidance, not vague advice like "just stop lifting" or "just do Kegels."
